Withdrawal & Product Returns

If you wish to return the product you received because it is defective, you can mistakenly submit a return request easily and quickly through your account. With the approval of the return request, we initiate the receipt of the parcel from your place without any additional charge.

When you fill out and submit the return form, it will process your request and send you an e-mail with all the necessary information to complete the process.

Withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you buy within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the order has been placed by a natural person (without requesting an invoice), then you have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, if the product has not been used.

Delivery of incorrect or incomplete product

In case the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, or if any part or accessory is missing, you can return it by selecting “Wrong product” in the return form.

Legal Guarantee

The legal guarantee consists of the responsibility of the seller if the product, upon delivery to the consumer, is defective or does not meet its characteristics, as described by the seller. The duration of the legal guarantee for new and used products is two (2) years under the conditions of the law.
Because the legal guarantee derives directly from the law, it exists in every case, whether it is mentioned or not by the respective seller.

Commercial Guarantee

Some products are accompanied by a Commercial Warranty which is offered as an option by the seller or manufacturer, and concerns product repair, replacement according to the terms set by the manufacturer and approved by him “Service Centers” (service centers). The Commercial Guarantee comes to cover you in addition to the rights you have from the legal guarantee.

All returns are received from the store of purchase and go through the technical inspection process to confirm the reason for the return and to determine, in the event of a defect, that the damage is due to a manufacturing error and not due to mishandling. Note that some products will need to be inspected by a qualified technician at an authorized service center and may take longer to approve a refund or replacement.
If the replacement has been selected, we will ship a new product to your place at our own expense.

Time limit for product return

In case of withdrawal or receipt of a wrong product, the return request must be registered within 14 days of receipt of the product. After this period the return can not be accepted.

Products that have shown some damage, can be returned within the time period specified by their legal or commercial guarantee.

Purchase document

In order to be able to return a product you must have kept the purchase document.

If you have received an invoice, you must issue a delivery note and include it in the package. The store will send you the credit invoice after receiving the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal from article 4 § 10 of law 2251/1994 does not apply:

In product categories that concern:

Supply of goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
Products that have been used or personalized after receipt
Products that have been made to order, according to specifications set by
* The examples and categories are indicative.
Products that have been purchased with an invoice (1st case 1 of Law 2251/1994 for consumer protection).

To accept your return, you must:

  • The product must be well packed in a durable box. Prefer the original packaging, if you do not have it, choose a packaging that will protect the product from any damage during transport
  • The return package must include the retail sales receipt or the return – return slip if the purchase was made with an invoice.
  • In case of withdrawal or return of unused product, you should also take care of:
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all the accessories and the accompanying forms.
  • Its packaging should be authentic and in excellent condition. We can not accept returns on products with damaged, incomplete or visible signs of wear packaging.
